Terms of Service

Last updated 20 July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of iconicink.store, ICONICINK.STORE accounts and any digital products, licence keys, subscriptions or related services supplied through ICONICINK.STORE.

By visiting the website, creating an account or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. Do not use ICONICINK.STORE or purchase its products if you do not agree to them.

1. Eligibility and Customer Information

By using ICONICINK.STORE, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
  • You meet any minimum age requirements that apply in your country
  • The information you provide is accurate, current and complete
  • You will keep your account and contact information updated
  • You will not use automated systems, bots or scripts to access the website without permission
  • You will not use ICONICINK.STORE for an unlawful or unauthorised purpose

ICONICINK.STORE may suspend or terminate an account where information is false, incomplete, fraudulent or misleading.

The customer is responsible for all activity performed through their account and for keeping their login information and licence keys secure.

2. Digital Products and Delivery

ICONICINK.STORE supplies digital products, software access, subscriptions and licence keys.

Delivery may take place through:

  • The customer’s ICONICINK.STORE account
  • The order-confirmation page
  • Email
  • A download page
  • A third-party product or licence system
  • The ICONICINK.STORE support system

Delivery times displayed on the website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Some orders may require manual review or processing.

Customers must provide a valid email address and accurate order information. ICONICINK.STORE is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

3. Product Information and Requirements

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, requirements, compatibility information, status information and instructions before purchasing.

Products may require specific:

  • Operating systems
  • Game versions
  • Hardware
  • Security settings
  • Software dependencies
  • Activation procedures
  • Device configurations

A customer’s failure to meet the stated requirements does not automatically entitle them to a refund.

Product features, compatibility and requirements may change because of updates to games, operating systems, security systems or third-party platforms.

4. Licence Terms

Unless a product description states otherwise, purchases grant the customer a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for personal use.

The customer does not purchase ownership of the software or its source code.

Customers must not:

  • Share, sell, transfer or redistribute an account or licence key
  • Use one licence on multiple devices or for multiple users unless expressly permitted
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify the software
  • Extract or attempt to obtain source code
  • Bypass licence, security or authentication systems
  • Copy, reproduce, sublicense, rent or commercially redistribute the software
  • Tamper with loaders, authentication systems or product files
  • Use the product for an unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to disrupt or damage ICONICINK.STORE, its suppliers or its infrastructure

A licence may be immediately suspended or terminated where these restrictions are breached.

5. Third-Party Products

ICONICINK.STORE may sell or distribute products developed, maintained or supplied by third parties.

Intellectual-property rights in those products remain with ICONICINK.STORE or the relevant developer, supplier or licensor.

ICONICINK.STORE does not claim ownership of third-party software merely because it is sold through the website.

Some products may also be subject to additional instructions, licence terms or rules imposed by their developer. Where applicable, customers must comply with those additional terms.

6. Licence Restrictions and Account Termination

ICONICINK.STORE may suspend or permanently terminate access where there is evidence of:

  • Account or licence sharing
  • Unauthorised resale or redistribution
  • Fraudulent payments
  • Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks
  • Tampering, reverse engineering or security bypass attempts
  • Abuse, harassment or serious misconduct toward staff
  • Violation of community or support rules
  • Attempts to damage, analyse or compromise our products or systems
  • Use by individuals or organisations attempting to investigate, detect or interfere with the products
  • Any other material breach of these Terms

ICONICINK.STORE may block associated accounts, devices, payment methods, computers, IP addresses or networks where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or protect the service.

7. Hardware and Device Changes

Some products are restricted to a specific computer or hardware configuration.

Changing or replacing hardware may invalidate an activation or trigger a hardware reset requirement.

Hardware resets are not guaranteed. Requests may be subject to:

  • Waiting periods
  • Supporting evidence
  • Product-specific restrictions
  • Developer approval
  • Limits on the number of resets

Attempting to bypass hardware restrictions may result in termination without compensation.

8. Purchases and Payments

Customers must provide accurate billing, account and payment information.

By placing an order, the customer authorises the selected payment provider to charge the total amount shown during checkout.

Prices, currencies and available payment methods may vary. The checkout price shown and accepted at the time of purchase applies to the order.

ICONICINK.STORE may:

  • Correct pricing or listing errors
  • Cancel or refuse suspicious or fraudulent orders
  • Limit purchase quantities
  • Request additional verification
  • Refund an order that cannot be fulfilled
  • Suspend delivery while a payment is reviewed

Unauthorised use of payment information may result in order cancellation, account termination and reporting to the relevant payment provider or authorities.

9. Digital Content, Cancellation and Refunds

ICONICINK.STORE supplies digital content that may be delivered, revealed, downloaded, activated or made accessible immediately after purchase.

By requesting immediate delivery, accessing a download, revealing a licence key or activating a product, the customer requests that supply begins immediately. Where permitted by law, the customer acknowledges that this may end any statutory right to cancel once digital delivery has begun.

Because digital products cannot normally be returned after being delivered or accessed, purchases are generally final once:

  • A licence key has been revealed or delivered
  • A download has been accessed
  • A product has been activated
  • Account access has been supplied
  • A subscription period has started

Refunds will not normally be issued because of:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • Failure to read the product description
  • Incompatible hardware or software where requirements were stated
  • Failure to follow instructions
  • Partial use of a subscription
  • Suspension or banning by a game or third-party platform
  • Product detection, account penalties or loss of a third-party account
  • A customer’s device being changed, reset or damaged
  • Temporary downtime, updates or maintenance
  • Removal of features required to maintain the product
  • Termination caused by a breach of these Terms

Refunds may be provided where required by applicable law or where ICONICINK.STORE determines that:

  • An order was not delivered
  • The same order was charged more than once
  • The purchased product cannot be supplied
  • A refund has been separately approved in writing

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact ICONICINK.STORE support before opening a payment dispute so that the issue can be investigated.

Opening a fraudulent, dishonest or abusive chargeback may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Termination of all associated licences
  • Submission of order, activation and communication evidence to the payment provider
  • Restriction from future purchases
  • Recovery action where legally permitted

A legitimate right to dispute an unauthorised or legally refundable payment is not restricted by this section.

11. Downtime, Updates and Maintenance

Digital products may occasionally become unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance
  • Software updates
  • Game updates
  • Security changes
  • Provider outages
  • Technical faults
  • Product testing
  • Discontinuation by a supplier

ICONICINK.STORE does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Licence pauses, extensions, replacement keys or downtime compensation are not guaranteed and may be refused unless the relevant product description or a separate written agreement states otherwise.

12. Product Status and Risk

Any product status displayed by ICONICINK.STORE reflects the information available to us at that time. Status labels do not guarantee that a product is completely safe, undetectable, uninterrupted or free from errors.

Customers understand that using third-party gaming software may breach the rules or terms of the relevant game, service or platform.

The customer accepts the risk of warnings, suspensions, bans, account loss, hardware restrictions or other action taken by third-party platforms.

ICONICINK.STORE does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for penalties imposed by them.

13. Lifetime Licences

“Lifetime” refers to the supported lifetime of the specific product or service, not the lifetime of the customer.

A lifetime licence remains available only while the relevant product continues to be:

  • Operated
  • Maintained
  • Supported
  • Supplied
  • Technically viable

If a product is discontinued, abandoned, permanently unavailable or no longer supported, the lifetime licence will end.

Unless required by law or separately approved by ICONICINK.STORE, discontinuation does not guarantee a refund, replacement product, replacement licence or compensation.

14. Intellectual Property

The ICONICINK.STORE website, branding, design, text, graphics and original materials are owned by or licensed to ICONICINK.STORE.

Software and materials supplied by third-party developers remain owned by their respective owners.

No rights are transferred to the customer other than the limited licence expressly granted under these Terms.

15. Support and Customer Conduct

Support is provided through the official support methods displayed by ICONICINK.STORE.

Customers must provide accurate information and reasonably cooperate with troubleshooting instructions.

ICONICINK.STORE may refuse or restrict support where a customer:

  • Harasses or threatens staff
  • Repeatedly opens duplicate tickets
  • Provides false information
  • Refuses to follow reasonable troubleshooting steps
  • Attempts to manipulate or abuse support systems
  • Has breached these Terms

16. Termination

ICONICINK.STORE may suspend or terminate website access, accounts, orders or licences where these Terms are breached or where suspension is reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse or security risks.

Upon termination, the customer must stop using and delete any affected software or materials.

Termination caused by the customer’s breach does not entitle the customer to compensation or a refund, except where required by law.

17. Disclaimer

Products and services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

ICONICINK.STORE does not guarantee that products will:

  • Always be available
  • Be completely free from errors
  • Remain compatible after third-party updates
  • Meet every customer’s specific expectations
  • Avoid detection or enforcement by third-party platforms

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, responsibilities or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICONICINK.STORE will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including:

  • Loss of game accounts
  • Third-party bans or suspensions
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Business interruption
  • Losses caused by third-party services
  • Losses caused by failure to follow instructions

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, ICONICINK.STORE’s total liability relating to an order will be limited to the amount paid for the affected product, except where a different limitation is required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

19. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, customers agree to be responsible for losses, claims or expenses caused by their:

  • Unlawful use of a product
  • Breach of these Terms
  • Unauthorised distribution of software
  • Infringement of another party’s rights
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity

20. Changes to These Terms

ICONICINK.STORE may update these Terms to reflect changes to its products, services, payment providers, suppliers or legal obligations.

The revised Terms will be published on the website with an updated date.

Changes will not remove mandatory rights relating to purchases completed before the changes took effect.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent required. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

22. No Waiver

Failure by ICONICINK.STORE to enforce any provision immediately does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law in the customer’s country requires otherwise.

Any dispute will be subject to the courts with lawful jurisdiction over the dispute.

24. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the support options available on iconicink.store.
